2. What Data We Collect and Why

When you submit a table reservation through our form, we collect:

Name — to identify your reservation
Email address — to send your reservation confirmation
Phone number (optional) — in case we need to contact you about your booking
Number of guests, date and time — for table planning
Special requests / allergies — to provide the best possible service

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract / pre-contractual measures).
We collect nothing beyond this. No payment data is stored.

3. Data Sharing — We Share Nothing

✅ Your data is not shared, sold, or rented to any third party — no advertisers, no partners, no agencies (except where legally required by law). No analytics, no marketing, no exceptions.

4. Retention Period — 7 Days After Your Reservation

Reservation data is automatically deleted 7 days after your reservation date. Once your visit is complete, we no longer need your data. There is no long-term storage, no archiving, and no backup of your personal data after this period.

5. Hosting — Hostinger (EU)

This website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd., with data centres in the EU (Lithuania / Netherlands). As our technical hosting provider (data processor under Art. 28 GDPR), Hostinger may process server log data (IP address, timestamp, page accessed) in the course of hosting. This log data is not linked to your reservation data and is automatically overwritten after a short period. Hostinger does not pass this data to third parties. 6. Cookies

This website uses only technically necessary cookies:

tic_lang — stores your language preference (DE/EN) for 30 days
tic_cookie_consent — stores that you have acknowledged this notice, for 365 days

No tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies are set. Technically necessary cookies do not require consent under § 25(2) TTDSG.

7. Images (Unsplash)

Some menu images are loaded via Unsplash (unsplash.com, USA). Your IP address may be transmitted to Unsplash servers when images load. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in presenting an attractive menu). Unsplash processes this data under their own privacy policy.

8. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your stored data:
